The brief a la carte menu at Marine Hardware, from chef and restaurateur Ethan Stowell, consists of a few small plates featuring high-end ingredients. But it’s the two prix-fixe tasting menus, either four or six courses and featuring a changing roster of seasonal ingredients, that you’ll want to try. Stowell, who owns over twelve restaurants, is rarely found in his kitchens, but word is he drops in occasionally to cook on the line here.
