Nacho Mama's
As legend has it, Sandra (one half of Nacho Mama's food truck) ordered nachos on her first date with Chris (the other half of the food truck), and the rest was history. The pair, who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, dreamed of opening their own food truck when it became clear that it was a profitable venture. Their menu at Nacho Mama's focuses on seasonal flavors and ingredients, and each order comes with organic tortilla chips covered with house-made, fresh cheese sauces.
