Couple Lisa Zack and Travis Post have opened a Chinese restaurant called Plenty of Clouds, in the former space of Ethan Stowell's recently closed restaurant Anchovies and Olives. Post previously worked in the kitchen at Stowell's gastropub Bramling Cross. The restaurant focuses on uniting “fiery flavors from Sichuan" and "freshness from neighboring Yunnan" (apropos of that theme, the name borrows from both Sichuan's reputation of the "land of plenty" and Yunnan meaning "below the clouds"). On the menu, you'll find feisty, spicy, Sichuan-style dishes like pork dumplings, "Not Your Ma Po's Tofu," and chicken legs with numbing spices, as well as craft cocktails with sassy names like Sour Not Sorry and Who You Callin' Sweet Pea.
