The owners of Capitol Hill's craft cocktail and charcuterie destination Cure Cocktail (home to Joe Wargo, who was named Seattle's favorite bartender by Stranger readers in 2019) near Cal Anderson have opened a Hawaiian and Filipinx BBQ spot called Remedium Island Grill in the former space of Adana, serving kamayan-style dinners, Hawaiian burgers, fried spam musubi rolls, loco moco, skewers, pork belly sisig, chicken adobo tacos, and pandan and ube waffles for takeout, delivery, and dine-in by reservation. Cure plans to move into the space when its lease is up in early 2021.
