Gravy owners Dre Neeley and Pepa Brower have opened another restaurant concept called Salt and Schmaltz in the same space. The menu features a variety of Eastern European-influenced and Jewish deli-style comfort food, stuffed cabbage, noodle kugel, potato latkes, smoked brisket Reuben sandwiches, tuna melts, and BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese) sandwiches, plus à la carte deli specials like schmaltz roasted chicken, fried chicken, meatloaf, turkey, and smoked brisket available by the pound.
