Slab completes Chef Jonathan Sundstrom’s triumvirate of restaurants in Capitol Hill’s Central Agency Building, joining the reopened and revamped Lark and its new resident oyster and charcuterie bar Bitter/Raw. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Slab serves sandwiches, slices of slab pie (both savory and sweet), and espresso. Take note: you can add crispy chicken skin to any sandwich for $2.
