Stampede Cocktail Club
Bartender Paul Shanrock, who's previously spent time at the Sexton, Rocco's, Joli, and Rider, has opened a new craft cocktail bar in the former space of recently closed bar the Helm. The swanky new spot features dark, moody lighting and quirky details like a dinosaur head mounted on the wall, plus ten signature cocktails. As for food, Little Ting's will provide dumplings to complement Shanrock's creations (though Shanrock says they'll eventually make their own).
