Being Seattle's first cidery since Prohibition is a fairly large title to uphold, but the Seattle Cider Company does it with grace and charm. The cidery, which uses all-natural and local ingredients in its offerings, prides itself on never venturing into the "too sweet" cider territory. Located in The Woods tasting room in SoDo, Seattle Cider Co. shares space with Two Beers Brewing and Bread & Circuses, the pub grub food truck turned brick-and-mortar. Go for unique flavors such as basil mint, gin botanical, pepper, and yes, pumpkin spice.
