Un Bien is owned by Julian and Lucas Lorenzo, sons of the original Paseo owner, Lorenzo Lorenzo. (Lorenzo Lorzenzo sold his business, and the Lorenzo family is no longer with Paseo.) This is the second location of Un Bien, and it’s located in the former second location of Paseo. (It’s confusing, yes.) While Lorenzo senior isn’t officially involved in his son’s ventures, Un Bien serves Caribbean and Latin American-influenced sandwiches (including a version of Paseo’s famed roasted pork) and other entrées, rice and beans, and corn made from family recipes.
