Owned by the F2T Hospitality Group (which also owns Alchemy and By the Pound), this New American restaurant in West Seattle comes courtesy of executive chef Nicholas Apt, who was named one of Seattle Met's "Next Hot Chefs of 2017" and who's spent time at Marmite, Altura, Mistral Kitchen, and Bisato. Expect a focus on "farmers market to table" fare, dishes made with garden-grown ingredients, and garden-inspired cocktails. There's also an open kitchen, raw bar, and large garden patio.
