Election Day is almost upon us. If you're looking for some nourishment to celebrate your civic engagement (and to sustain you through the stress of the tail end of election season), Seattle bars and restaurants have got you covered with election-themed food and drink specials, like Super Six List 's "West Wing Past Event List " pop-up and Molly Moon's "Joe Pie-den Kamà la mode" flavor, and deals, like free pizza from Pagliacci. At his experimental pop-up restaurant Addo, chef Eric Rivera will prepare an election night menu for two that includes adobo popcorn, "Biden's Angel Hair Pomodoro," "Harris' Masala Dosa," "Harris' Whole Roasted Chicken," and "Biden's Chocolate Chip Ice Cream."

At the James Beard-nominated "whiskey and bitters emporium," you can cast your vote for your favorite cocktail, the Blue Democracy Reviver or the Red Democracy Reviver, by ordering one. (The Corpse Reviver-inspired drink is composed of gin, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau, fresh lemon, and absinthe.) The results will be tallied and updated daily until Election Day.

Founder Molly Moon Neitzel was once the executive director of Music for America, a national political nonprofit that worked with bands to register their fans to vote, so it's no surprise her passion for civic engagement still shines through at her local ice cream chain. Molly Moon's new presidential candidate flavor is "Joe Pie-den Kamà la mode," an apple pie flavor with chunks of pie crust and swirls of chai-spiced caramel. All proceeds from the flavor will be donated to When We All Vote, a non-profit, nonpartisan organization that is "on a mission to increase participation in every election and close the race and age voting gap by changing the culture around voting."

Capitol Hill's internationally inspired restaurant has a tongue-in-cheek election-themed cocktail menu, including the "Russian Interference" (grapefruit, Cynar, and a choice of vodka or gin, but made with vodka regardless of your choice), "We'll Always Have Harris" (gin, champagne, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters), the "Electoral College" (you can choose from the regular cocktail menu's Nue Fashioned, McNguyễn, or Naranjarita, but the smallest table present will still ultimately get to decide your drink), and the "One if Biden, and Two if by Sea" (whiskey, triple sec, simple syrup, Peychaud bitters).
