Chambers Bay Distillery
2013 70th Ave W, University Place; 253-292-5962; Open Mon-Sat 10 am-5 pm

"Ghost Dog is the alpha spirit. This small-batch corn whiskey, infused with smoked ghost peppers & an exotic blend of botanicals, seductively touches the tongue with a hint of smoky sweetness before culminating in a long and smoldering finish. Produced by award-winning Chambers Bay Distillery in University Place. A short drive down I-5 gives you the opportunity to pick this less sweet/more heat alternative to cinnamon whiskey and start spicing up your cocktails."

- 1.5 oz Ghost Dog Whiskey
- 0.5 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
- Ginger beer (alcoholic or non)

Directions: Shake Ghost Dog Whiskey and lime juice with ice, and strain into ice-filled copper mule mug. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
