Bakers Against Racism Bake Sale

The James Beard Award-nominated pastry chef Paola Velez (the woman behind the Dominican doughnut pop-up Doña Dona and the Instagram account Bakers Against Racism) has rallied over 1,000 bakers, chefs, and cooks from around the world to join her for a social media bake sale to raise money for antiracist causes. In order to participate, bakers have to commit to making and selling 150 dessert items and donating the majority of the proceeds to an organization that supports black lives.
