This pint-sized mobile pizza operation is run by Kala Wolfe, director of product for the single-origin coffee roaster and cafe Onda Origins. This Friday, menu options include a fall squash pizza, a vegan "no animals" version, pepperoni on fresh mozzarella and ricotta with a drizzle of spicy honey, and a classic margherita pizza, as well as a kale salad and Golden Wheat Bakery chocolate cheesecake. In honor of Indigenous People's Day, a portion of proceeds will be donated to Real Rent Duwamish.
Reservations available online until sold out. DM @doughbabybakes or email kala@doughbaby.pizza to order. Payment will be taken at Onda Origins at pickup. Pre-orders highly recommended as supplies are limited and very few pies will be available for walk-up orders. Maximum 4 pizzas per time slot reservation. For best results, pizzas will be unsliced (reheat pizza for 2-3 minutes directly on oven rack at 500 degrees F at home to refresh crust).
