Chef Cam Hanin's self-described "naturally leavened, naturally weird" pizza pop-up churns out blackened, bubbly pies made with Washington-grown whole grain flours and local produces, plus other sides like bean soups and salads. The pop-up will be joined by a special guest DJ for the evening's "entertainment and general vibery."
