The Century Ballroom's restaurant's "inaugural celebration bag" includes a "variety of substantial snacking food to nohs on" with meat and vegetarian options, including roasted eggplant "meatballs" with herbed marinara, mushroom caramelized onion and chevre tartlets, grilled beef tenderloin or vegetable skewers, stuffed Medjool dates, creamy hummus and pita chips and cucumbers, crostini and Brie, and red, white, and blueberry tarts.
