As part of the month-long fundraising series Soul of Seattle, tune in for a live cooking demo hosted by Matthew Lewis of the Creole food truck Where Ya At Matt, featuring chef Dre Neeley of the Vashon Island restaurant Gravy and chef Sabrina Tinsley of La Spiga. Add on an optional three-course meal from one of the featured chefs and dig in while you watch.

$30 for cooking demo link only. $145 with three-course meal.

Starter: Mixed salad with tomato vinaigrette and toasted pumpkin seeds

Entrée: Porchetta: slow roasted pork shoulder with herbs and fennel-rosemary roasted potatoes

Dessert: Flourless hazelnut chocolate cake


Starter: Roasted red prawn cocktail with lemon-parsley pesto

Entrée: Buttermilk fried chicken, drop biscuits with winter pear, savoy cabbage slaw and horseradish-pimento remoulade

Dessert: Banana Pudding and Nilla wafers
