At this event in the Soul of Seattle series, chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson will lead a livestreamed panel discussion with Black culinary leaders from across the nation, including James Beard Award-winning chef Mashama Bailey of The Grey, Top Chef star Eric Adjepong, San Francisco Office of Racial Equity director Shakirah Simley, chef and Notes from a Young Black Chef author Kwame Onwuachi, and chef Edouardo Jordan of JuneBaby and Salare. Enjoy an optional three-course meal from Salare or Cafe Campagne while you watch.
$30 for event only. $145 for event and three-course dinner.

Starter: Red Lentil Dal: red lentil soup with coconut milk and ras el hanout spice 

Entrée: Lamb tagine with San Marzano tomatoes, grains of paradise, cauliflower, pickled currants and couscous

CAFÉ CAMPAGNE
Starter: Salade du Marché: market fresh lettuces, shaved vegetables, verjus vinaigrette and fresh herbs

Entrée: Quenelles de volaille: chicken and semolina dumplings with scallion broth and mustard croutons

Dessert : Clafoutis: baked almond flour custard with crème chantilly
