America's oldest modern dance company, founded in 1926 and composed of "the most skilled and powerful dancers you can ever hope to see," according to the Washington Post, the Martha Graham Dance Company performed their namesake's iconic work, Appalachian Spring, at Jacob's Pillow in 2019.
