If you're a Nirvana fan who's just as excited by poring over musical records as you are by exploring Cobain's death scene photos, this exhibit is for you. It includes more than 150 iconic instruments, original poster artwork, photographs, albums, films of performance footage, and oral histories to create a comprehensive exhibit about Nirvana's music and members. The exhibit originally opened in 2011 (read our coverage here) and will re-open for the band's 30th anniversary, featuring new objects like the Fender Stratocaster that Kurt Cobain smashed at the Morocco Shrine Temple in Jacksonville in 1993, a casting call flyer for their "Smells Like Teen Spirit" video, and clothes worn by Cobain and Krist Novoselić.
