"All ingredients for your cook-along experience come delivered in your kit! Each kit makes 2 generous servings.
What's on the menu? We'll kick things off with a Crostini Kit + Spinach and Pear Salad Kit with toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Pecorino Fresco and Lemon Citronette. Chef Sabrina will show you how to make one of her signature dishes, Tagliolini alla Boscaiola - Tagliolini with sausage, locally foraged mushrooms and cream. No meal is complete without dessert! She's also including her Vanilla Panna Cotta with Mixed Berries. Don't worry - the dessert comes pre-made so you can just enjoy it!
Chef Sabrina Tinsley is a true pasta making legend in Seattle. Sabrina and her husband Pietro opened la Spiga in 1998 in order to bring truly authentic northern Italian cuisine to Seattle diners. Chef Sabrina is extremely particular about her ingredients being of the highest quality, fresh and seasonal, and this is reflected in the dishes she creates.
