Chef Potvin will be featuring 3 tasty recipes featuring Penn Cove Mussels: “Les Moules Marinières”, the classic wine/shallots/butter preparation but also “Provençales” adding bacon/tomatoes and “Roquefort” with beer/Roquefort and cream!
