Edmonds Center for the Arts' inaugural We Speak Festival presents an evening of spoken-word poetry and storytelling with the likes of Jericho Brown, Andrea Gibson, Kealoha, Shane Koyczan, and Robin Sanders, who join local youth poets chosen through a juried competition. You'll hear work on all sorts of topics, but especially related to the global health crisis, Black Lives Matter and other racial justice movements, and the experiences of marginalized communities.
