Bamboo Garden is heaven on earth for vegetarians/vegans when the craving for Chinese food hits. Every "meat" entrΓ©e on the menu (more than 100 [!] selections), from the sweet-and-sour chicken to the braised-chicken-and-shark-fin soup, is made with vegetable protein, and "only the fortune cookies contain eggs."
