Bramling Cross
The menu at Ethan Stowell’s Bramling Cross runs the gamut from familiar pub fare (chicken wings, burgers, wedge salad) to less expected items like raw oysters, pork osso buco, and a “duo of liver” (chicken-liver mousse and seared foie gras). The gastropub, named after a variety of hops, pours eight taps of “ultra-local” beers mostly from North Seattle breweries and also stocks bottles and cans of more than 20 domestic and imported brews.
