Belltown's new CBD bar, which restaurateur Marcus Charles (of Crocodile Cafe and Local 360) recently opened inside the former space of Mama’s Mexican Kitchen, seems destined for buzz: It specializes in artisanal sparkling water laced with CBD that customers can mix with booze like Aperol and Mezcal. The shop sells mocktails like the "Garden Spritz" (CBD lime soda with cucumber, rosemary, and mint) and the "Jitterbug" (CBD cola, espresso, cinnamon, clove, honey), plus CBD-infused cocktails like the "The Islander" and the "Summer Spritz."
