After fatefully meeting on Craigslist, owners Zac Reynolds and Nile Klein bridged their culinary talent and experience (Reynolds is the chef and Klein is the manager-bartender) and opened Cook Weaver, located in the cozy former Le Marron space on Capitol Hill's leafy Roy Street. Cook Weaver is both an Asian-Fusion and Modern European restaurant, offering a rich menu with standouts such as beer-battered nori dumplings, fennel upside-down cake, and bamboo rice congee, just to name a few. Diners will appreciate the restaurant's generous wine list as well as its inventive cocktails.
