Duk Li does not make the best dim sum in Seattleโthat you will find at Jade Garden and Monsoon (the latter is more expensive, but a thousand percent less frantic, and the made-to-order dumplings get to your table hotter). Also, Duk Li's selection is somewhat limited, and the fun of ordering from carts is supplanted by marking a menu-checklist. But Duk Li is fast and really cheap, with (reportedly) no MSG.
