Salads! Evergreens makes them with produce that’s sourced “hyperlocally” in the “biggest bowls in town.” They have unfortunately cutesy names—“The Cobbsby Show,” "Walk the Flank," "My Little Skinny Greek Salad"—but they're pretty good.
