Jus Bar
It's official: Columbia City has a juice bar. It's called Jus Bar, and it's in the Weed Building where the Chelsea Deli used to be. It's got organic juices like Zest for Life--basil, cucumber, grapefruit, green apple, and lemon zest. And smoothies like Salted Caramel--banana, caramel sauce, sea salt, choice of milk (and smoothies unlike Salted Caramel, more like regular smoothies). And healthy-sounding sandwiches, cold or panini-grilled, and salads, too.
