Chef Joseph Bollag has cooked at How to Cook a Wolf; his menu includes Siberian latkes, Il Corvo egg pasta stroganoff, beetroot vereniki, and more. The place is named after the stray dog sent into space on Sputnik 2, who did not survive the trip.
