The downtown Hotel FIVE, owned by Staypineapple, has opened a new hotel restaurant called Pineapple Bistro & Bar, with a grab-and-go menu with breakfast items and coffee by day, plus a food menu with salads and entrees like build-your-own mac and cheese and Beecher's cheese tater tots and a cocktail menu by night. The space also features TVs and games like Ms. Pacman, shuffleboard, and a super-sized wall Scrabble board.
