Shaker + Spear, located in the Palladian Hotel, offers a seafood-focused menu with local and regional ingredients. Adjacent to the restaurant is Pennyroyal, a bar serving aged spirits, punches, and snacks. Both menus are created by chef Walter Pisano, who runs downtown’s Tulio restaurant.
