Phase 1.5 Updates: "Operating still within the framework of Phase 1, we have re-opened for grocery shopping, with market and pastry essentials to-go so that you can come down to shop in a socially-distanced manner. Our shelves and fridges are stocked with numerous house-made goods (rye crackers, chicken liver mousse, our yogurt, etc.) as well as items brought in from favorite producers. The pastry case is filled with our classics -- croissants, biscuits, kouign amann -- all available to-go only. If it feels right to you, please come visit us. You will be able to shop online in advance for pick up (more will be added in the coming days), and/or shop safely in person at The London Plane. To begin with, our hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10am-6pm."

The lovely, airy London Plane is a cafe, bakery, wine bar, and groceries-and-flowers-and-sundries shop from Katherine Anderson (Marigold and Mint) and Matt Dillon (Sitka & Spruce, Corson Building, and Bar Sajor). The bread is so good, you might freak out. You can pretty much bet that you will get an excellent breakfast, lunch, or snack here.
