The People's Burger, reputed to be one of the city's first food trucks, offers grilled-to-order burgers made with grain-fed Northwest beef, hand-cut fries, and house-made sauces. They also occasionally have other items like slow-smoked pulled pork, BBQ beef brisket, Greek grilled chicken, fire-roasted shrimp tacos, and fire-grilled sausages.
