In the upscale/contemporary Lower Queen Anne space that formerly housed Moxie, the Ly family serves their reasonably priced “signature” recipes, passed down from generation to generation. A few of their favorites: spicy beef rice-noodle soup, with beef and lemongrass broth; stir-fried curry chicken, marinated in lemongrass and chili sauce; and grilled quail, marinated in traditional Vietnamese seasoning with fresh lemon leaves, shallots, sesame oil, and fresh herbs, then grilled over open flame.
