Oscar season is officially in full swing now that the 92nd Academy Award nominations have been announced. And although the Academy has once again courted controversy by failing to nominate a single woman in the best director category, there are nevertheless quite a few legitimate surprises—like Joker racking up a staggering 11 nominations—among this year's contenders. With the ceremony less than a month away, you still have plenty of time to check out 1917, Bombshell, Knives Out, Little Women, and other nominees in Tacoma theaters.
