A Tuskivus for the rest of us? Joshua McFadden's Tusk is inventing its own holiday this year, with a lavish spread featuring roast lamb roulade or chickpea pot pie to match. (Tusk)

We've gathered a list of celebration-worthy feasts, like Bullard List 's smoked elk Christmas dinner, Tusk List 's "Tuskivus" spread, and Kachka List 's latke party.
