Holy Trinity Barbecue describes the vibe of their loosely St. Patrick's Day-inspired pop-up as "Holy Trinity Barbecue flies over Ireland once." Expect pastrami beef cheeks, smoked beef cheeks, Harp Lager beer cheese and pretzels, champ (an Irish dish of mashed potatoes with scallions), beer-braised cabbage, and creamy peas with mint and shallots.
