"Back by popular demand, the Winter Wedge is the perfect way to enjoy delicious cheese while supporting local cheesemakers! 

Your Winter Wedge tasting kit comes in a reusable insulated tote bag with 13 different cheeses, Mt. Hope Farms jam, Effie's Homemade Crackers, chocolate truffles from Whole Foods, and DriftWest Sparkling Water Kefir to gift to a loved one, or better yet, devour yourself! Join us December 26 at 5pm on Facebook Live to hear more about the cheeses and cheesemakers, taste through a vertical of aged Tillamook white cheddars (aged 3, 5, and 10 years!), find your perfect pairings, and participate in a live raffle.

The online event will be Saturday, December 26 at 5pm on Facebook Live via Zoom, but no accounts with either platform are needed to participate. It will be recorded so you can watch any time. 

Tasting kits can be picked up December 18, 21, or 22 at a central location in Portland’s Central Eastside. Pick-up instructions will be emailed. Safe handling protocols will be strictly adhered to. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery or shipping for this event. 

The kits are $110 per tote and come with more than five pounds of artisan Oregon cheese, plenty for a group to enjoy at once, or one person to savor over several weeks.
