Make the most of June with a prism of Pride-themed specials from local bars and restaurants. We've gathered these ephemeral drinks and treats for you here, from Fruit Loops and rainbow sprinkle shortbread cookies at St. Beatrix to a flight of mini rainbow cocktails at Wild Roots Spirits Tasting Room. Brew Dr. Kombucha List
The kombucha specialist is bringing back the special pride-themed edition of their popular "Love" kombucha, made with lavender, chamomile, and jasmine green tea. This version, dubbed "Love Wins," is decked out in rainbow packaging and is available in bottles and cans during June. The brew is part of a partnership with the nonprofit The Trevor Project, which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth—Brew Dr. is pledging to match $10,000 in donations this year.

Shortbread is never a bad idea, particularly when it's in the form of colorful heart cookies. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to New Avenues for Youth, a local nonprofit dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness.

Migration Brewing
Migration's new pride committee, which aims to keep the brewery involved in LGBTQ+ initiatives all year round, has introduced Colors of Love, a dry-hopped American Hefeweizen. The brewery is hosting release parties on June 9 Past Event List , June 12 Past Event List , and June 16 Past Event List , with DJ tunes, drinks by LGBTQ-owned Shine Distillery List , and festive food specials like rainbow pizza, "F**k Filet" crispy chicken sandwiches (a delicious dig at a certain homophobic fast-food chain), and fried Twinkies.

Redwood List
Toast to Pride Month with Redwood's new "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" cocktail, featuring rum, passionfruit, pineapple, lime, and hibiscus served over the rocks for a stunning layered effect. The drink is the first in a series of weekly cocktail specials for June. One dollar from each cocktail sold during the month will be donated to a local charity, beginning with Our House of Portland, which provides healthcare, housing, and other support for low-income people living with HIV.

St. Beatrix List
The charming community-centered bakeshop St. Beatrix is featuring a nostalgic Fruit Loops and rainbow sprinkle shortbread cookie all month long, with a portion of proceeds going toward New Avenues for Youth. In addition, they'll be giving away a care package with items from partners like Juniors Coffee List and Free Hand Farm to a community member in need and will be stocking their case with mini cakes for purchase and for giveaways.

The quirky shop's doughnut of the month is the "pride bar," a Bavarian cream-filled doughnut with a rainbow streak on vanilla frosting. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the It Gets Better Project, which aims to "uplift, empower, and connect" LGBTQ+ youth.
