Making music under the pseudonym Kishi Bashi, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kaoru Ishibashi blends violin with quietly powerful melodies and electronic elements. A former member of indie rock band of Montreal, Ishibashi studied film scoring in his youth, lending to his ability to craft sweeping soundscapes. Ishibashi will be joined by Pyxis Quartet for a magical evening at The Lot.
