Welcome to February! This week brings two of our most anticipated restaurants for 2022: the Indian street food spot Chaat Wallah (located inside 503 Distilling's new cocktail lounge) and the lively wood-fired Greek spot Bluto's. We've got all the details, plus the scoop on Top Burmese's upcoming grill and fondue restaurant in Hillsboro. For more ideas, head to our food and drink guide.

NEW OPENINGS AND RETURNS

503 Distilling List and Chaat Wallah List
The local distillery 503 Distilling, which is housed inside the Iron Fireman Collective building and known for its canned cocktails in flavors like "The Wicked Mule" and "La Vida Mocha," recently launched an adjacent cocktail lounge, complete with six rotating draft cocktails in addition to traditional craft cocktails, beer, and wine. The lounge is also home to Chaat Wallah, a new Indian street food spinoff from DesiPDX owner Deepak Saxena, with items like masala pulled pork sandwiches, nacho chaat, and spiced lamb sloppy Joes.
