NEW OPENINGS AND RETURNS

The Lobby Bar List
On May 11, co-owners Jessica and Kirk Kelley opened this charming bar in a former silent movie theater in Woodlawn, with a seasonal spring menu of bites like green garlic butter popcorn and brown butter cabbage with aged goat's Gouda. Cocktails range from "Garden Notes" (vodka, Lillet, lemon, rhubarb syrup, and fresh mint) to "Smells Like Camellia" (gin, Meletti, vermouth, and a lemon twist). The live performance theater Dekum Street Theater is slated to open in the adjoining space sometime this fall—it sounds like the two businesses will make a great date night destination.
