Fried Egg I'm In Love workers organize a union
Workers at the punny breakfast sandwich purveyor Fried Egg I'm In Love kicked off the process of forming a union on May 1 in the hopes of maintaining what they report to be a positive work environment amid the business's expansion. If you'd like to support their organizing efforts, the Fried Eggs Workers Union is accepting donations to cover a potential strike and minor costs for supplies on GoFundMe, where they write, "The Fried Egg Workers Union seeks to bring a modern and holistic paradigm shift to the world of fast-casual dining. We believe collective decision making and active forward thinking can engender a unique and exemplary dining experience for our guests and enshrine reasonable and powerful protections for our workers."

Dimo's Apizza List
The cult favorite pizzeria Dimo's has captured the peak flavors of spring with their new spring carbonara pie, which features shaved local asparagus, green onion, guanciale, taleggio, pecorino, egg yolks, and coarse black pepper. Just thinking about it is making me want to recreate this meme.
