Botanist House Like List
This craft cocktail destination, which previously planned to protest the state's liquor laws in November by selling to-go cocktails in an act of civil disobedience but canceled the protest after legislators called a special session to change the law, is offering to-go cocktails for pickup or delivery. Choices include the "Amber Desire" (a "bittersweet spritzer for the winter"), the "Trosen" (Carpano Bianco, Stoller Rose, Caperitif), "Fall Dynasty" (a "rich and bold" cocktail with Madeira as the main ingredient), and "Clover Refresher" (a "light and refreshing" cocktail with Carpano Bianco Vermouth).

The wildly fun Thai/Southern barbecue joint Eem, which was recently featured in the Pacific Northwest episode Like List  of Eater's Guide to the World, is gleefully embracing to-go cocktails with specials like the "Acid Test" (bourbon, hibiscus, orgeat, lemon, orange, hazelnut), "Jesus & Tequila" (mezcal, tequila, curacao, lime frozen yogurt, and "fancy salt"), "A Night Off" (rum, ginger, lychee, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime), and the "Gift or Curse" (vodka and an "ancho tropical cornucopia").

This bright Cuban comfort food spot is now making Caribbean-inspired to-go cocktails like banana or mango daiquiris, regular daiquiris, mojitos, Cuban-style hot toddies, carajillo (café Cubano, Carta de Oro Rum, Licor 43, and Chantilly cream), Culto A La Vida (house-made hibiscus and ginger infusion over ice with Havana Club Añejo and a squeeze of fresh lime), the "Periodista Habanero" (muddled mango, Carta Blanca Rum, Licor 43, habanero vinegar, and fresh lime juice), and the "Ron Collins" (a take on the Tom Collins with Carta Blanca Rum, bitters, cane sugar, fresh lime juice, club soda and a cocktail cherry).
