Performance Works NW celebrates the creative efforts of our tenth Alembic Resident Artist cohort with a sharing of new work! Since June 2023, these artists have been exploring, creating, and sharing with each other. Now they are ready to share their works with you, the audience. Please join us!Body Veil by JmeJames Antonick, Patsy Morris, and Geovanny Vega taps into the magic of our body and explores ritual as a way to promote healing.
Katherine Longstreth, with Jen Mitas and Marilys Ernst wonders what a future fully entangled with AI might mean for the physical self in Let's dance.
You Make Me Sick, choreographed by Emma Lutz-Higgins and performed by Allie Hankins, Emily Jones, Helen Spencer- Wallace, and John Niekrasz, explores the vast isolation and desire that permeates us in chaotic circumstances.
