Covering a range of musical genres, including jazz, folk, contemporary, classical choral, and musical theatre, BAD WORLD follows the coming-of-age story of Rose, a young woman who is assaulted while traveling alone in Paris. Her story is interwoven with three other survivors when she joins a support group to work through her experience.
Through the fluidity of time and memory, BAD WORLD carries audiences through the complex and unpredictable process of recovering from trauma, and simultaneously encourages intersectional activism to promote positive social change. You won't want to miss this empowering new work!
