What They Say About Them: In the words of our Executive Chef, Kelly Weiss: This delicious braised beef was prepared by one of my former cooks. She was born and raised in Jalisco and would frequently make it for staff meal. The magic she was able to create with some dried chili and beef was undeniable. It was certainly a mood lifter for our staff.
