What They're Called: Bichita Nachos
What's On Them: Super Salvi delicious nachos, beans, chimole (Salvi pico), cheese sauce, curtido (Salvi pickled slaw), jalapeño peppers, Salvadoran crema drizzle, and chicken with savory chumpe sauce. We are making a whole turkey for this to give you the authentic chumpe flavor. Vegan option will be available as well!
What They Say About Them: Inspiration is a 100-year-old recipe from our great-grandmother in El Salvador. We are a dedicated gluten-free location so everything in our establishment is celiac-safe. We cannot wait to bring El Salvador to you in nacho form.
